We call the Spirit Elemental pups- Sampson and Charlie- “joy bunnies”…they bring so much joy to our lives. And they’ve been great teachers to us along the way…probably in ways we’ve never even recognized. We love this VIDEO from Soul Pancake where people share what their pets have taught them. 70 Degrees West

Visit 70 Degrees West and go along on a couples journey following the 70 degree line of longitude, from north to south pole. The images are captivating and breathtaking. Below, we are showing images from the beginning of their journey in Greenland…I cannot get over how heart-opening they are…transportive for sure.

Underwater Crop Circles

It’s hard to believe that it is puffer fish who are responsible for these AMAZING geometric circles carved on the ocean floor. The tiny fish use their flapping fins, tirelessly working day and night to carve 6′ diameter circular ridges in the sand. And all in the name of LOVE. Attracted by the grooves and ridges, female puffer fish find their way along the dark seabed to the male puffer where they mate and lay eggs in the center of the circle. Truly unbelievable.

This photo of moths in flight, captured by Steve Irvine, was taken using extended exposure. It’s inspiring to consider life’s path as a spiral when we feel like we may be lost or off-track. We rarely take a linear route, but may we all continue spirally upward.

The Universe Within Us
